Here is the English translation of the production process for wood chip pallets (also known as plant fiber compression-molded pallets), synthesized from multiple sources:

1. Raw Material Processing
• Collection and Screening: Recycled materials such as waste wood, wood chips, and plant straw are collected. Impurities like metals and stones are removed, along with decayed or high-moisture (>20%) wood.

• Crushing: Raw materials are cut into 8–10 cm segments and further shredded into wood flakes (20–30 mm long, 2–4 mm wide, and 1–1.5 mm thick). Some processes use dual-axis crushers for higher efficiency.

2. Drying and Purification
• Wood Flake Drying: Flakes are loosely spread on heat-resistant trays (stacking thickness ≤2.5 cm) and dried in a furnace at 160–170°C for 25–30 minutes, reducing moisture content to ≤1.5%.

• Air Separation: Cyclone separation and pulse dust removal eliminate residual metals, stones, and coarse fibers, achieving a wood flake purity of >98%.

3. Glue Mixing
• Adhesive Ratio: Wood flakes are mixed with glue at a volumetric ratio of 1:0.25–0.28 in a high-speed mixer (200 RPM) for 3 minutes to ensure uniformity.

• Automation: Intelligent glue-mixing equipment is used, with each batch limited to 60 kg for optimal adhesive distribution.

4. Compression Molding
• Molding Process: Pre-weighed material is loaded into molds. The process involves three stages: initial pressing (10 MPa/cm³, 150 seconds) → pressure holding (5 MPa/cm³, 70 seconds) → cooling and pressure release (90 seconds until temperature drops below 100°C). Mold temperatures reach 150°C (upper) and 130°C (lower).

• Equipment: Hydraulic presses enable automated material spreading, ejection, and stacking. Interchangeable molds allow production of various pallet specifications.

5. Post-Processing and Inspection**
• Cooling and Edge Trimming: Demolded pallets are cooled in a low-humidity (≤35%) environment for 1–2 days, followed by automated edge grinding to remove burrs.

• Quality Testing: Key metrics include hardness, moisture content (≤8%), load capacity (dynamic ≥2 tons/static ≥6 tons), and compliance with export standards.

Key Features
1. Material Diversity: Supports wood chips, straw, coconut shells, and other fibers, reducing raw material costs.
2. Eco-Friendly: No fumigation required; waste pallets are recyclable, meeting international export regulations (e.g., ISPM15).
3. Automation: Integrated production lines (e.g., PalletMach) achieve high efficiency, with daily outputs of hundreds of pallets.
