1、 Equipment structure and technical parameters
Main structure
Four column body: composed of an upper crossbeam, a lower workbench, four columns, and a movable crossbeam, the structure is compact and economical, suitable for the production of wood chip pallets with medium precision requirements.
Hydraulic system: including hydraulic oil tank, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder and control valve group, providing stable nominal pressure of 12500KN (1250 tons) to ensure high-pressure forming effect.
Electrical system: Adopting PLC fully automatic control, supporting one click operation of pressing, demolding, and holding timing, and equipped with servo drive system to achieve energy saving and high efficiency (reducing power consumption by more than 30% compared to traditional equipment).
Core parameters
Opening height: 1500mm, suitable for different mold size requirements;
Workbench: 1250 × 1250mm, customizable for larger sizes;
Travel distance: 1000mm, ensuring the filling and compaction of the deep cavity mold;
Pressure holding time: 90-400 seconds (adjusted according to the density of the raw materials and pallets).
2、 Functional features and advantages
Efficient production
The daily production of a single machine can reach 150-240 pallets, and it supports the configuration of automatic material laying, demolding, and palletizing devices to achieve fully automated assembly line operations.
Adopting rapid pressurization technology (completing mold closing pressurization in 35 seconds) to shorten the production cycle.
Process adaptability
Raw material compatibility: Can handle fiber materials such as sawdust, straw, bamboo fiber, etc., mixed with resin or waste plastic, and molded in one molding process.
Flexible mold replacement: The mold can be quickly installed through a T-shaped groove, supporting the production of different specifications of pallets (such as logistics pallets, heavy-duty cargo pallets), as well as bamboo plastic and composite material pallets.
Environmental Protection and Quality Advantages
Finished pallets are fumigation free, moisture resistant, and low temperature resistant (with a density of 900kg/m ³), and comply with the EU ISPM15 export standard.
The equipment adopts a closed hydraulic system with low noise and stable oil temperature control, reducing maintenance requirements.
3、 Production process flow
Raw material pretreatment
Dry the sawdust to a moisture content of 3% -8% and mix it evenly with the adhesive;
Compression molding
After the mixture is injected into the mold, the hydraulic press applies high pressure (1250 tons) and high temperature (100-150 ℃) to solidify the fibers and adhesive together;
Post processing
After automatic demolding, the edges and corners of the tray are polished, resulting in high density and smooth surface of the finished product, which can be directly used for logistics transportation
